The Flute by *GRANNYSATTICSTOCK
I’m completely sure that’s not how you play a pan flute, but this is lovely.
- Sarah
“ Music is language, the flute is one of its mediums of expression, and when I play I try to convey the impression of laughing, of singing, of talking through the meduim of my instrument in a manner almost as direct as that expressed by the human voice. ”
Marcel Moyse (via austinato)
This is fun. Try it in fullscreen. Extra points if you tilt your head. You’re only human.
That is so cool!

I’m sourcing four typewriters to be used as instruments in this concert I’m co-directing. This picture got me wondering about The Beatles and their typewriters… did they own such things? Or were they just the kinda musos who wrote lyrics on paper napkins and coasters? Probably the latter, I suspect.

And look at him, what a handsome man! He’s like *le swag* with this cigarette!
